3.2. There are no other taxes and costs (with the exception of customs duties for deliveries abroad).

4.1. Delivery is within Switzerland, also possible in Europe by arrangement.

4.2. Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the delivery time for physical goods is for Switzerland and Liechtenstein by arrangement. For deliveries abroad, the delivery time is as agreed. If a longer delivery period is necessary, the customer will be informed after this time has expired at the latest. If no information is given, the customer is entitled to forgo the delivery.

4.3. If not all ordered products are in stock, TigerSecurity is entitled to partial deliveries.

4.4. If the delivery of the goods fails through the fault of the customer despite three delivery attempts, TigerSecurity can withdraw from the contract withdraw. Any payments made will be partially refunded.

5.1. Payment is made for customers, as indicated by the payment methods offered in the shop.

5.2. Payment is made in cash upon delivery or by arrangement. If payment is not made, TigerSecurity is entitled to pass on its expenses in the dunning process to the defaulting customer.

5.3. When paying by PayPal, the customer's account is debited at the time of the order.

5.4. Offsetting against counterclaims of the customer that are not recognized or have not been legally established is excluded.

5.5. The customer can only exercise a right of retention if the claims are based on the same contractual relationship.

The goods remains the property of TigerSecurity until full payment. Prior to full payment of TigerSecurity's property, pledging, assignment by way of security, processing or transformation is not permitted without the consent of the company just named.

7.1. Customers have the right to cancel the contract in whole or in part within 10 days. In the event that TigerSecurity accepts a cancellation in individual cases, the buyer undertakes to pay a flat-rate compensation amount of of 30% of the order amount to TigerSecurity. The right to claim higher damages remains reserved. The revocation must be sent to TigerSecurity in writing by email, fax or letter. The time at which the revocation was sent is decisive for meeting the deadline. A reason for the revocation is required. 7.2. Exercising the right of revocation leads to the conversion of the purchase contract into a rescission relationship, after which the services received under the purchase contract are reimbursed must. <br/>The customer must return the received goods with the original packaging within 10 days of the declaration of revocation s to TigerSecurity. 7.3. After receipt of the goods, the purchase price, if already paid, will be refunded to the customer immediately. TigerSecurity guarantees that the goods correspond to the warranted properties, have no defects affecting their value or suitability for the intended use, and correspond to the prescribed services and specifications. 8.3 If repairs or subsequent delivery fail, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract. This does not apply to insignificant defects. The customer's right to a price reduction is excluded.

The test devices are made available to the customer free of charge for a maximum of 14 days, with longer contract periods only subject to additional agreement. There is unlimited use during the term of the contract. After the period has expired, the customer can decide whether he wants to purchase a device or return it to the consultant in perfect condition.

The content and structure of the products published and the entire website are protected by copyright. The use of contributions and work aids for personal use by the customer is permitted, but full or partial commercial distribution requires the express consent of Sterex power.

TigerSecurity excludes liability for breaches of contract. TigerSecurity accepts no responsibility for improper use of the device that is not carried out in accordance with the operating instructions.

In the event of non-compliance with the operating instructions, TigerSecurity excludes any liability.
